Let’s take a deeper look into the spiritual atmosphere presently. Jesus expressed this prophetically long before these days when He described the intrinsic value of salt and light. We will look at “salt”. "You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet.” Matthew 5:13 ESV. The psalmist stated, “Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!” Psalm 34:8 ESV. I believe that this activity of tasting and seeing is exactly how Jesus revealed how He operated in the glory by His words describing that experience, “I only say what I hear My Father saying. I only do what I see My Father doing.” The saying is that tasting the living Word or this knowledge of the glory in our mouths. If that taste described as salt has lost its taste then the individual is no longer operating in the glory.
This can be easily compared to Peter walking on water with that of Jesus walking on water. One walked by faith in the revelation received from One walking in the glory. The Scripture includes a very curious word in John 15:7, which is abide. I have stated before that word abide as meaning permanent residency. The growth that takes place in a believer being transformed into a disciple is from wisdom to revelation to knowledge. This pattern is found in Ephesians 1:17 where the phrase Father of glory is. It should be well understood that the knowledge of the glory is not common language to most believers. In fact most have not even heard that there is the gospel of the glory, nor the whole purpose of the gospel is for obtaining the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ. I have some keen insight that describes the basis of wisdom that should be common to all believers, whereas we should know the voice of the Holy Spirit; we know how to follow His leading; and we know how to work with Him in His glory.
When there are not lots of victories in the overwhelming things taking place in our lives all around us everyday, one must ask this all important question, “what do I really know about the glory of Christ and what value have I placed on the glory to be fruitful in the kingdom of light?” Remember these heartfelt words with all importance for they came from the spirit realm early in the morning by the Holy Spirit to me—the devil is purposing to ensnare and enslave everyone so that even if we are believers we experience lots of discouragement as though there seems nothing that we could do. God, Himself desires to entrust us with more wisdom and revelation of His glory so that by covenant design which He authorized us to work with Him in His glory. He does His part and He expects that we do our part. We think we want Him to do justice but because of covenant authority invested in us we are being trained to judge all things righteously and with the same glory that was operating in Christ.
